Council

The Council is the representative body of the participants. Each participant is a member of the Council and has one vote, except when it comes to approving the IP Regulation, on which only partner companies may cast a vote. The Council mainly has institutional powers and is not involved in the daily operation of DPI. For instance, the Council appoints and dismisses the members of the Supervisory Board, it has a right of approval with respect to the annual adoption of DPI's research programme and technology areas and it has the right to revise the IP Regulation.
